Q: What is "Rapid Weight Loss Program?"
A: It's mainly a meal-replacement program. While on the Rapid Weight Loss Program, you eat 5 purchased mini-meals during the day, and a dinner which you prepare yourself. The fastest weight loss program we use is Medifast.
Q: How rapidly do I lose weight?
A: If you follow the instructions, you should lose at least 2 pounds a week. In many cases, weight loss is much faster.
Q: Do women lose weight as rapidly as men?
A: In most cases men lose weight faster than women. But women can still lose two or more pounds a week with this program.
Q: How many calories a day will I consume?
A: Approximately 900 calories a day.
Q: What food do I have to buy as part of this program?
A: We use Medifast products for the 5 mini-meals, and give you instructions for the preparation of your own dinner.
Q: What is the cost of the food?
A: The meal-replacement program is approximately $300 a month. For many people, this is not more, or even less, than their usual cost of food.
Q: How long do I stay on the program?
A: For good results, you should stay on this program for at least two months.
Q: Does the program require that I exercise extensively as part of the program?
A: While exercise has its own benefits, and is helpful in weight loss, it is not a required part of the rapid weight loss program. You lose the weight because you consume only 900 calories a day.
